STEP # 1 (PRE-WAX) procedure is probably the most important step in the L'EILY Cold Wax System. I would say a "mandatory" step-Very Important!
If you do not remove all moisture, oils, dirt or makeup or residues from your skin are to be waxed, you will lessen the wax from adhering to hair to be removed.
